Parents & care givers are you still buying your 18 year-olds and upwards Advent Calendars? Are you still getting them from your own parents? Are you sending them to University halls (like we are)! Much debate about it on my ‘mums’ WhatsApp!.
I have always bought advent calendars for any children living at home. Last year was the first year I hadn't bought for my 30 year old son, because he had just moved out
We've always had an advent calendar for our children! Now that they're living away (ages 23 and 20), I send them one in the mail early enough for them to be received by Dec 1st. I can't imagine a time when I wouldn't do it...they love it!
Yep, advent calendar for eldest at uni. He loves it. As youngest turned 18 recently he was treated to the brewdog one. None for anyone else. Anticipate not giving them beyond 21, but who knows?
I’m 43, my Mum never bought me one as a kid, but she’s def making up for it now. Liberty Beauty Calendar for me and my sister, plus another 6 for our husbands and kids.
My four are aged between 21 and 14 and they all love an advent calendar! Had to buy one in October so my 19 year old could take it back to uni when she went back after reading week. And my 21 year old was delighted to open his this morning 😀
I have a 25 yr old and 22 yr old twins, a son inlaw and a 6 yr old grandson they all have Advent calendars!!
21,18 and 14 all got very nice advent calendars this year, purchased by their Dad!!

I think it’s a cheap and easy way to say thinking of you kids 💜 mine are 24 and 26 and I still do it !
I drove the advent calendar up to my son at Uni 2 hours away! 😂 It was a good excuse to see him
Currently driving from Manchester to Leeds to visit my 19 yo with advent calendar in my bag 😆
