Empty boxes of cleaning products in the utility is a safe place here. Then there’s the beauty products they help themselves to....they go in a locked case!

inside the casserole dishes with lids on - which are piled high - always stick in the bottom one as there are a few heavy le creusets to lift before getting there.

Me!!! In the filing cabinet in our study. Also hide ‘my treats’ from my other half in my underwear drawer.

I used that for a while for the Nintendo switch. Like the laundry cupboard idea. Caught my son eyeing up the shopping yesterday- told him to stop - he made me feel bad but chocolate bar was gone….

In the dry food cupboard, they never make food from scratch so biscuits, crisps etc last ages in there!

Quite often hide snacks in son no.3's sock drawer as he never goes past the top layer! Utility room, they never go in there. Behind candles, the list is endless!

Try the bottom of the laundry basket…. Pound to a penny you’re the only one that goes down that far

Yes, having once hidden Easter eggs in the boot of my car and them then melting hideously, the car is definitely not a good option. I use the cupboard under the oven which has random kitchen equipment and Tupperware. Not much danger there.

My best place so far was a cereal box. The healthy stuff that they will never even lift down, never mind look inside. Either eat or throw out the cereal and keep your chocolate supply intact 😅

I feel your pain. They are like sniffer dogs! I once hid a load of treats for halloween in the oven (needed a quick hiding place) promptly forgot, and when I turned on the oven the next day was very confused by the stink of melting chocolate and plastic
